Ingredients
- 330 g minced beef
- 2 tsp minced beef mixture from Pit Pit https://www.pit-pit.com/gehaktkruiden-gourmet.html
- 2 tsp dijon musterd
- 1 tsp of fine salt can cut down to 1/2 - 3/4 tsp
- 4 tbsp of schredded mozzeralla
- 1 egg
- flour until it holds together
- 1 cup Beef Stock

Instructions
Instant Pot
- Mix all ingredients together
- Make about 8 meatballs (divide in half 3x)
- Put in fridge for 10-15min so the meatballs keep their shape while saute-ing
- Heat the Instant Pot on Saute
- Fry meatballs in butter until they brown have a brown coat
- Add beef stock
- Cook on high pressure for 7 minutes
- Let pressure release naturally for at least 5 minutes before releasing pressure manually.
Oven
- Pre-heat oven to 200C
- Bake the meatballs for 20min
